The organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and operates in accordance with its bylaws, conflict of interest policy, and applicable federal and state nonprofit regulations.

Financial oversight is provided by the Board, and funds are used exclusively to further the Foundation’s charitable and educational mission. Organizational records, including annual filings and governing documents, are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and made available as appropriate.
